Because every item goes into production quickly, cancellations and changes can only be made within a very short window after ordering — usually 1–2 hours. Email us immediately at [email protected] and we'll do our best. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Your total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. For US Standard shipping, add 2–8 business days. For Express (US only), production and shipping are combined into 2–3 business days total. International orders typically take 10–30 business days total. See our Shipping page for full details.

Every Tealish item is made to order — your piece is printed, quality-checked, and packed specifically for you after you place your order. This production window is 2–7 business days. It's what makes each item unique, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer than in-stock retailers.

Yes, we ship to 200+ countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–30 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Note that tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We strongly recommend checking measurements before ordering — because every item is made to order, we cannot accept size exchanges. When between sizes, check the measurements rather than going by feel, and feel free to email us for guidance before you order.

Most of our pieces run true to size with a relaxed streetwear fit. Hoodies and outerwear are intentionally oversized. Individual product pages note any exceptions. Always refer to the measurements, not just the size label.

Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong color selected. We recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before purchasing. See our Returns page for full details.

We're sorry! Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. You do not need to return the item. We'll offer a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

First check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If it's still missing, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to update it. Once in production or shipped, we cannot redirect packages and incorrect addresses are not covered for reshipping costs.
