By accessing or using shoptealish.com (the "Site") or placing an order with TEALISH ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

All TEALISH products are made to order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood our production and fulfillment process, including the production timeline of 2–7 business days before shipping begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are listed at incorrect prices, are out of stock, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration. Minor print placement variations of up to 0.5" are within normal production tolerances.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

For international orders, your bank or card issuer may charge additional foreign transaction fees. These are beyond our control and are your responsibility.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for shipping delays.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. See our Shipping page for full details.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon arrival of the package.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, text, images, and product artwork — is the property of TEALISH or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our express written permission. You may not use the TEALISH name, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: submitting false or misleading information, using the Site to distribute spam or malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, or engaging in any activity that interferes with the Site's normal operation.

The Site and all products and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEALISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or any other matter related to these Terms — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
