How Our Orders Work
Because every Tealish item is custom-made when you order it, your total delivery time has two parts: production time (when your item is being made) plus shipping time (when it's in transit to you).
Production Time
2–7 business days for your item to be made, quality-checked, and packed. This happens before shipping begins.
Shipping Time
Added on top of production. Varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Total Delivery
Production + shipping combined. See estimates below by region.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from our fulfillment center.

Express delivery covers production and shipping in 2–3 business days for most US states. Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for Express and receive Standard shipping only.

International delivery estimates include production time. Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country — these fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Important Shipping Notes
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once in transit, and incorrect addresses are not covered for reshipping.
Delays
We don't offer refunds for shipping delays. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll investigate.
Peak Seasons
During holidays and high-demand periods, production times may extend beyond 7 business days. Order early.
Multi-Item Orders
Orders with 12+ items or mixed shipping methods may ship separately in multiple packages.
