Made-to-Order Policy
All Tealish products are made specifically for you when you place your order. Because each item is custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or wrong color selected.
💧 Our commitment: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right — at no cost to you. Please read below for how to report an issue.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides carefully before ordering. If you're unsure between sizes, feel free to email us at [email protected] before placing your order.
When We'll Make It Right
We will offer a free replacement or a full refund if your order has any of the following issues:
Manufacturing Defect
Print quality issues, ink smearing, stitching errors, or structural faults not caused by wear.
Damaged in Transit
Item arrived visibly damaged due to handling during shipping.
Wrong Item Sent
You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.
Significant Print Variation
Print placement is more than 0.5" off from the design, or colors are substantially different.
⚠️ Important: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return the item — photos are all we need.
How to Report a Problem

What We Cannot Cover
Minor print placement variations of up to 0.5" are within normal production tolerances and are not considered defects.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If a package is returned to sender or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a partial refund (product cost only, excluding shipping) may be issued. We are not responsible for packages undeliverable due to address errors.
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area first. Then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.
